| Beloved community,
Juneteenth teaches us three truths I hold close:
Liberation must be practiced every day. No one is free until we all are. Our futures are rooted in radical remembering.
This day calls us not just to commemorate freedom delayed but to invest in freedom still unfolding. We don’t just celebrate Juneteenth we activate through it.
For me, that means continuing to do the work: to create spaces for truth-telling, healing, and liberation. But I can’t do it alone.
If my work has moved you, challenged you, or helped you heal—I’m asking, with deep vulnerability, for your support. Your contributions help me rest, replenish, and keep showing up in this fight for collective liberation.
Here’s how you can give directly:
Your support is not charity—it’s solidarity. It’s love in action. And it means more than words can say.
With gratitude, myisha t hill
P.S. Share this with someone who believes in liberation as a practice. We rise together. |
